Trusted by sponsors from our London 2026 launch edition

Oncology conference sponsorship is usually sold as tiers with metal names, but what you are really buying is a bundle of five components. Comparing events gets much easier once you price and question each component separately.
Here is what each component does for a sponsor, what to ask any organiser about it, and how it works at ImmunoMark.
| Component | What it buys you | Ask the organiser | At ImmunoMark |
|---|---|---|---|
| Speaking slot | Credibility and a reason for buyers to seek you out afterwards | Which day and time? Which room? Is there Q&A? | 30 minutes on Day 1 (Platinum) or Day 2 pre-lunch (Gold); 15 minutes Day 2 post-lunch (Silver); all with Q&A, in the stream you choose |
| Pre-scheduled meetings | Guaranteed time with named buyers | Who picks the counterpart? How long? How many? | You pick from the full delegate list and profiles sent 10 days before; 20 minutes each; 15, 10 or 6 meetings on Headline, Platinum and Gold |
| Exhibition space | A base for demos and drop-in conversations | Size, furniture, power, where the breaks are served | 10 x 6 ft booth with a table, two chairs and a power outlet; 20 x 12 ft for the Headline sponsor |
| Data | Pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up | Contact details or names only? When does it arrive? | Delegate list with contact details on every tier; final attendee list a week before for Headline, Platinum and Gold; wishlist feature for targeting |
| Branding | Recall across the room | Is it exclusive? What else is in the package? | Exclusive options for bags, lanyards, drinks reception, breaks and lunch, each with 2 passes |
The component sponsors most often underweight is data timing. A list that arrives a week or more before the event lets your team book follow-ups, warm up accounts and brief the people staffing your stand. A list that arrives after the event is a mailing list.
Packages and inclusions are the same at every ImmunoMark edition. What changes is the market each one reaches, so pick by where your buyers and your sales team sit.
| San Diego | London | Boston | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dates | 10–11 February 2027 | 3–4 March 2027 | June 2027 |
| Edition | Launch | 2nd annual | Launch |
| Attendees | 300+ senior attendees expected | 400+ target | 300+ |
| Track record | New; same meeting model as London | 2026: 300+ attendees, 100+ companies, 200+ meetings | New |
| Reach | US West Coast oncology and diagnostics | 60% UK & Ireland, 40% rest of Europe | US East Coast |
| Best for | First-mover visibility and early-year US pipeline | Proven meeting volume and European reach | A second US touchpoint later in the year |
Sponsors selling on both sides of the Atlantic often pair London with one US edition. Full inclusions are on the San Diego sponsorship page and the London sponsorship page. For Boston, our Boston ROI guide sets out the case for diagnostics and pharma suppliers.
Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors choose one of two parallel streams for their talk. The stream decides which buyers hear you speak, so match it to your product, not to the bigger-sounding title.
Meetings and booth traffic are not limited to your stream. Delegates move between rooms, and you pick meeting counterparts from the whole delegate list, so a Stream 2 sponsor can still meet IO programme leads.
For most marketing and BD leads comparing oncology events, the deciding factor is qualified meetings for the budget, with a talk to make those meetings easier to book.
The fullest version of every component except exclusivity, in the stream you choose.
The same structure at a smaller scale, with your talk on Day 2 before lunch.
Exclusive to one company per edition, for a sponsor that wants to own the event.
Booth-first budgets have their own options: see the exhibitor packages, which can be paired with 3, 5, 7 or 10 pre-arranged meetings.
Tell us your target roles and edition, and we will recommend a tier.
Request the prospectusSponsoring a broad, multi-specialty medical meeting buys reach. That is useful for brand building, but most oncology vendors sell to a narrow set of roles: translational medicine, biomarker and CDx leads, clinical development and oncology BD. At a broad event those people are a small share of the room, and finding them is your job.
At ImmunoMark, 55–60% of the audience comes from biotech and pharma, 45–50% is senior leadership, and every delegate is there for oncology. That changes three things for a sponsor:
Your team spends two days with people whose programmes could use your product or service.
Pre-scheduled 1:1s replace hoping the right person walks past the booth.
An oncology audience hears an oncology case study as directly relevant, not as one session among dozens of specialties.
The same logic applies to any healthcare conference sponsorship decision: compare cost per qualified meeting, not cost per visitor. Our guide to biotech conference sponsorship shows how a focused series fits alongside partnering events and large congresses in a full-year budget.
What sponsors said
Here is what sponsors told us at our London 2026 launch edition.
We really liked the focus of the event, the topics, the talks, really good opportunity to engage with people, the support we get from you is really great and we appreciate that very much. Based on our experience we would be very interested in also sponsoring the next annual event.

We are always interested in sponsoring interesting conference, based on this years experience, I guess I will manage to get some budget for the next edition.

Conversations I have had are very high level, the footfalls been great and the kind of research going on around is really life changing. We will be very interested in sponsoring the second annual.

My experience here at Immunomark 2026 has been really great. We benefit from very good logistical organisation. Networking sessions were excellent and we consider Immunomark a strategic conference for the coming years.

We got the occasion to discuss customer projects and understand their needs better and how we can help them.

The conference has been great so far with strong interactions at the booth and excellent attendance at our talk. We will definitely think about the next edition.

Quality of the talks were really nice and the attendee list had experts from biotech pharma field. It was great meeting everyone and we look forward to positive outcomes.

The talks have been really interesting so far with a great combination of researchers and clinicians. Moderators encouraged excellent discussions.
