Most EU-headquartered diagnostics and tools companies can fund one biomarker congress Europe 2027 slot with real commitment behind it, so the question is which room gives your team the most qualified buyers per day away from the office.
If you are based in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the Nordics or France, or expanding into Europe, ImmunoMark London is built for that decision. The 2nd annual UK edition runs on 3–4 March 2027 with a target of 400+ delegates. It is held in London but draws from across the continent: four in ten delegates come from outside the UK and Ireland.
The continental presence shows up on stage and on the exhibition floor. In 2026 speakers came from KU Leuven, the Istituto Nazionale Tumori IRCCS Pascale in Naples, CNRS and the National Research Council of Italy, and vendors included Hologic Diagenode’s EMEA business development team, Secretech’s Business Development Manager Europe and PromoCell. The 2027 speaker panel includes Petri Bono of Faron Pharmaceuticals (Helsinki), Marc Siggel of Merck KGaA (Darmstadt) and Alexander Eggermont of OncIntel B.V.
The programme is oncology-only. Unlike a general biomarkers congress that covers every therapeutic area, both ImmunoMark streams stay in cancer: Next-Gen Immuno-Oncology and Biomarkers & Companion Diagnostics. In practice it is a tumour biomarker conference, UK-hosted, with a European delegate base.
Use these criteria to compare any biomarker conference on your shortlist. The right-hand column shows what ImmunoMark London offers on each.

| Meeting mechanics | A small team flying in needs a booked diary | Pre-arranged 20-minute 1:1s chosen from full delegate profiles sent 10 days before |
| Timing | Early-year events let you build pipeline for the rest of the year | A biomarker conference March 2027 slot: 3–4 March |

Our guide on how to choose biotech conferences to sponsor goes further into scoring events before you commit budget.
Since the UK left the EU, a pharma team running a European oncology programme deals with at least two diagnostic regimes: the EU In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation and the MHRA framework in Great Britain. Many also plan for FDA. Vendors who can talk about all three are easier to buy from.
Their questions are about IVDR evidence, notified bodies and what your assay documentation will support. Session: Regulation of Companion Diagnostics from a Pharma Perspective (Day 1).
They need to know how a test reaches the British market under MHRA rules. Session: Panel: Global CDx Approval Pathways – EMA, FDA & MHRA Perspectives (Day 2).
They want one partner across regions and a route to qualification. Session: Panel: Regulatory Harmonisation for Biomarker Qualification (Day 1).
Commercial questions follow regulatory ones. The Day 2 session on Companion Diagnostics Commercialisation & Reimbursement Strategy is where market-access and diagnostics leads compare notes on getting a test paid for across European systems.
If London is your one European biomarker event, pre-event reach matters as much as the two days themselves: continental delegates plan their schedules before they travel.
The package with pre-event reach built in. Your email campaign and 1-minute video reach delegates before they book their days, and the attendee list arrives a week early so you can plan across UK and EU accounts.
For teams who want to test London before a larger commitment. No booth to build or ship, just a booked diary.
For companies who need a physical presence for demos and want the delegate list for their European sales team.

One 2026 sponsor that provides assays in both Europe and the US told us it was considering coupling the two. ImmunoMark runs a launch edition in San Diego on 10–11 February 2027 and a launch edition in Boston in June 2027, with the same package structure at every edition. The biomarker conference series page compares San Diego, London and Boston for a biomarker sponsor.
If your product is a companion diagnostic or you advise on IVDR and MHRA submissions, the companion diagnostics conference London page is written for you. For a fuller picture of the London Stream 2 audience by buyer role, see the biomarker conference London overview.
